2020 is a year like no other.
Businesses across the country had to adjust to an unheralded new reality. In response we hosted the virtual Lemonade summit with hundreds of closely held business leaders from across the US.
The Lemonade Labs are our follow up from that summit. They are designed to equip business owners to lead through critical seasons of business transition (such as scaling, family succession, sale - or a global pandemic!)

The Lab Series is made up of 6 virtual sessions which can be purchased in part or in whole. Each lab is 2 hours in length, features peer group breakouts, high quality digital resources, and is facilitated by leading subject matter experts.

Conduct a comprehensive, rapid fire evaluation to identify critical focus areas for moving you, your family, and your business forward in a healthy and sustainable way. Efficiently scan your internal & external environments to identify hidden opportunities for both growth & overcoming challenges

Resilience means knowing how to cope in spite of setbacks, barriers, or limited resources. This workshop will explore some tools that you can use to help you become more resilient. Resulting in even greater stamina as both an individual and a business owner.

5. Navigating Family Business Leadership Dynamics
Differences in generational values, competing priorities, gaps in KASE (knowledge, ability, skills, and experience), non-productive conflict, family narratives, and world events are increasing the importance of leadership team cohesiveness, particularly among family leaders. This session will use assessment data (completed in advance) to help family business leaders navigate interpersonal & group dynamics, increasing productive conflict, commitment and accountability to drive results.
